Millie takes Lean and Luscious to the Buckwheat Festival!

Come to the 77th Buckwheat Festival in Kingwood, West Virginia September 27-29, 2018 for all the attractions that a local festival has to offer. There will livestock, games, pageants, a carnival and a car show.

While you’re there, say hello to Millie Snyder. She will be signing copies of her Lean and Luscious and Lean and Luscious Meatless cookbooks. She’ll also have some recipes to share.
